Storytime Volunteer
The first doll in the "Times of Our Lives" series.
Storytime head

This doll is a one-of-a kind polymer clay creation with hand applied mohair.

She depicts a library volunteer reading from a stack of books while seated in a rocker on a muslin, quilted and fringed area rug.

The large book in her hands is a miniature, readable copy of an original story by the artist "Isn't a Doll's Life Wonderful".

(Stack of books not shown)

This doll is dressed in a maroon polyester fabric which drapes nicely over her legs, clad in knee-high nylons.

Her "comfortable" shoes are made of Sculpey III and have tiny laces.

"Story" wears a black, lace trimmed half slip and a lace hankie sticks out of her right, dress pocket.

A black and white cameo pin completes her attire.

Storytime full

Storytime Volunteer is 12" tall, including the seated figure and the base.

This one of a kind artist doll is available for $295 and comes with the wooden rocker and wood base.
